• please contact me first before placing an order so we can confirm details, expectations, and scope
• i reserve the right to decline any request that i’m not comfortable with or doesn’t align with my values
• please provide clear references for your character to ensure the best result
• unless full copyright is purchased, please credit me when posting the artwork

• work will begin after payment is received
• payment can be done via agreed method (please confirm beforehand)
• you may choose full upfront or split payment
• prices may vary depending on complexity and add-onsREVISIONS ✧˖°.
• unlimited minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase
• major changes or revisions after approval may incur additional fees
• once moving to the next stage, previous stages cannot be revised
• no revisions will be accepted after final deliveryDEADLINES & DELIVERY ✧˖°.
• estimated turnaround time: 1–2 weeks depending on queue and complexity
• if you have a strict deadline, please state it clearly in your request
• rush orders may be available with additional fees (+15% or more depending on urgency)
• final files will be delivered via google drive / email / preferred platformUSE & COMMERCIAL RIGHTS ✧˖°.
• default usage is personal use unless stated otherwise
• commercial use must be discussed beforehand and may require additional fees
• i retain full copyright and artist rights over the artwork
• i may use commissioned work for portfolio, samples, or social media unless requested otherwise in advance
• please do not edit, resell, claim, or redistribute the artwork without permissionREFUNDS ✧˖°.
• full refunds are only available if work has not started
• once work has begun, no full refunds will be issued
